Ordered for a friend, I ordered from out of the states. No problems during the order. They delivered the date I requested. Bouquet looks like picture online. Good service!

Beautiful flowers and exactly as I requested. The bouquet was very full and similar to the arrangement I requested on their website (they told me up front they'd need to make a few substitutions which is to be expected). Reasonably priced with delivery. I asked if they could text a photo of the arrangement to me, and they kindly honored my request. THANK YOU! Glad to support a local florist who has been in downtown Albany for a long time!

I wish there was a 10 star rating! A last minute change in my schedule prevented us from seeing our daughter on her birthday, I called 45 minutes before closing with their delivery person gone for the day. I got a call back a few minutes later saying she would make the delivery herself….saved the day!

Danker Floral completely saved the day for me!!! I called in just hours before closing on a Friday before a holiday weekend panicked because I had ordered my mother, who was having her retirement party, a bouquet from a large flower delivery service for her last day - they called at noon on the day of and told me my “order could not be completed until Monday” ...when she would no longer work there because she was retiring in a few hours. I was admittedly freaking out until I called Danker Floral and they offered to put something together for me and deliver it to my mother before she ended her last day, even though all their deliveries were already out and their delivery drivers were already gone for the day!!! They were SO kind and helpful, and the owner/manager offering to jump in her car and make sure I was able to send something beautiful to my mom to celebrate her 25 years of hard work even though I was across the country and couldn’t be there myself - it was such an incredibly kind gesture and just completely saved the day. I used to live in Albany, and had gone to Danker before, so I knew they had gorgeous fresh flowers with lots of variety and lovely, well-thought out arrangements - but now I can report they also will truly go the extra mile for their customers, and it made all the difference for both me and my mom. Plus the arrangement was SO gorgeous and exactly right for her!!! Thank you Danker, you’re our new birthday, anniversary, and Mothers Day standard, because I know we can trust you to be there for those big moments and make them memorable.

Purchased my Wife’s wedding Bouquet from Danker in 2020 and more recently had them make some arrangements for my uncle's funeral. Both times they were very pleasant and above all else the flowers were beautiful.
